the posting

Gradial is the marketing operations system of work that helps marketers and creatives move from idea to execution faster. Our platform orchestrates across martech stacks, workflows, and people to automate marketing execution, cutting execution time, so marketers focus on the work only humans can do: shaping brands, understanding customers, and creating the work that moves people.

Backed by leading investors, we’re building software that adapts to the user, not the other way around. We move with urgency, operate with ownership, and solve hard problems from first principles. If you want to do ambitious work, take real responsibility, and help define the future of AI-native content operations, you’ll do your best work here.

The Role

As Senior Demand Generation Manager, you’ll own programs that create pipeline and accelerate strategic opportunities across Gradial’s target accounts. You’ll bring together account-based marketing, demand generation and close partnership with Sales to reach the right buyers and turn engagement into qualified pipeline.

This is a senior, hands-on IC role where you’ll own both strategy and execution. You’ll build targeted programs from the ground up, using account insights, tailored messaging and coordinated campaigns to create demand. You’ll also establish the playbooks and measurement needed to understand what’s working and scale the motion as Gradial grows.

We’re looking for someone who has built and run sophisticated ABM programs but thinks beyond ABM as a standalone channel. You know how to connect targeted programs to a broader demand generation strategy, move quickly when priorities change and build repeatable plays that scale as Gradial grows.

What You’ll Own

Lead the demand generation strategy for Gradial’s highest-priority accounts, with a focus on creating qualified pipeline and accelerating active opportunities

Build and run 1:1 ABM programs using tailored messaging, content, executive outreach, direct mail and coordinated digital touchpoints

Own account selection, segmentation and tiering alongside Sales, evolving target lists as business priorities and account signals change

Develop account and buying-group intelligence, including key stakeholders, active initiatives, business priorities and competitive context, then turn those insights into campaigns sellers can act on

Orchestrate multi-channel programs across email, LinkedIn, ABM platforms, direct mail, executive outreach and other relevant channels to create a coordinated experience for target accounts

Partner closely with AEs, SDRs and Sales leadership on account planning, outbound strategy, follow-up and next-best actions

Create seller-ready enablement including account briefs, messaging, talk tracks and sequences that make demand programs easier for Sales to activate

Collaborate with digital marketing partners to incorporate paid media, digital acquisition and other channels into broader demand programs without needing to be the hands-on channel expert

Measure account engagement, buying-group penetration, meetings, qualified pipeline, pipeline acceleration and conversion to understand what is working and where to invest

Build repeatable campaigns, processes and playbooks that allow Gradial’s demand generation and ABM motion to scale

What We Need

8–10+ years of B2B marketing experience across demand generation, ABM and other pipeline-generating programs

Hands-on experience building targeted ABM programs for strategic enterprise accounts

Demonstrated ability to create and accelerate pipeline through targeted demand generation programs

Strong understanding of enterprise buying cycles, buying groups and how to engage key stakeholders throughout the buying process

Experience partnering closely with AEs, SDRs and Sales leadership on account strategy, targeting and pipeline goals

Ability to move between strategy and execution, with strong writing and messaging skills and a track record of building campaigns from concept through launch

Comfort using data to evaluate program performance, identify opportunities and make decisions about where to invest

Experience with CRM, marketing automation and ABM or intent platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, 6sense, Demandbase or similar tools

Nice to Have

Experience building or scaling an ABM or demand generation motion in a high-growth startup environment

Familiarity with enrichment and sales engagement platforms such as Clay, ZoomInfo, Outreach or Salesloft

Experience using AI tools to accelerate account research, personalization and campaign development

You'll thrive here if you

Learn quickly, actively seek out new challenges, and regularly reconsider “how it’s always been done.”

Want to have real impact with zero bureaucracy.

Have an innate drive for being 1% better than the day before, building towards greatness.

Embrace AI as a core tool for problem-solving, innovation, and scale.

Show customer-obsession (internal or external), high ownership/accountability, and bias for action.

Communicate clearly, directly, with curiosity, and assuming good intentions.

Thrive in fast-paced, hyper-growth environments where building better > maintaining status quo.

AI Literacy & Interviewing Tools

As an AI-first company, we prioritize AI literacy as a core competency in our hiring decisions. We’re excited by candidates who thoughtfully apply AI tools in their work, but during interviews we’re focused on you. This is your opportunity to show how you think, communicate, and solve problems. Over-reliance on AI-generated responses during the interview process (especially when it obscures your own voice) will result in disqualification. We want to understand your unique perspective and how you approach challenges, both with and without AI.

Gradial is dedicated to creating an environment where diverse perspectives are valued and all team members can grow. We offer competitive compensation, equity, flexible work hours, comprehensive benefits, and a collaborative culture focused on learning and impact.
