Generous paid time off, including time off to volunteer

Learning and development resources to support personal and professional growth

Wellness benefits like meditation app memberships, product discounts, and free samples of our amazing products

Most roles are fully remote (roles that are required to be at our Seattle HQ can be found in the details section of this job post)

Great location – for roles that are hybrid or fully onsite, we’re in the heart of Seattle’s beautiful International District

Did we mention we’re a dog-friendly office?

Our culture encourages continuous learning and is fueled by connection, curiosity, and cross-functional collaboration. Whether onsite, remote, or hybrid, we stay connected through shared initiatives that bring our teams together. If you’re inspired by transparency, driven to make an impact, and eager to help foster community—we’d love to have you join us.

How you’ll have at Paula’s Choice: This role is responsible for elevating demand planning from a fragmented, channel-by-channel activity into a single, disciplined global process. You’ll own the demand step of S&OP, drive a consistent forecasting methodology across NAM, APAC, EU and ANZ, and lead the aggregated, category-level global demand plan in partnership with regional planners who own SKU-level forecasts. Working with Commercial, Marketing, Finance and Supply, you’ll build the consensus demand plan, sharpen launch and in-month forecasts, and surface demand shifts early enough for the business to act. You’ll also be a pivotal member of the implementation team for our new demand planning solution.

Primary Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain an accurate rolling 18-month global demand plan, keeping assumptions consistent across base trends, new launches, samples, promotions, retention strategy changes, and holiday and peak volumes.

Own the aggregated, category-level global demand plan for revenue-generating units, partnering with category and regional/market planners who own SKU-level forecasts so the two levels reconcile.

Lead the demand step of a newly formalized, integrated S&OP process spanning Demand, Supply, Commercial, Marketing and Finance, including monthly demand reviews with regional partners.

Build the consensus demand plan with Commercial, Marketing, Finance and Supply, and represent demand planning at the consensus and executive tiers of S&OP, clearly communicating risks, opportunities and key assumption changes.

Establish and own demand planning KPIs, including forecast accuracy, bias, and forecast value add, measured consistently by region, category and forecast horizon. Use root-cause analysis of misses to drive measurable improvement in methodology, assumptions and inputs.

Drive accuracy of new product launch forecasts through rigorous analysis of distribution builds, velocity expectations and comparable launch performance, and refine post-launch as actuals come in.

Run an in-month global pacing view that surfaces revenue risks and opportunities early enough for Supply and Commercial to act.

Deliver timely in-season analysis of promotions, events and launches so stakeholders understand results, forecast implications and downstream impacts.

Flag demand shifts that create supply constraints or excess inventory risk, and partner with inventory and supply teams to align on resolution.

Serve as a key member of the implementation team for the new demand planning solution, helping shape process design, forecasting methodology and KPI reporting within the tool.

Prepare written analyses, documentation and reporting that build a consistent, well-understood demand planning process across regions.

Other responsibilities as assigned.
