Where You’ll Make a Difference

Lead and develop a high-performing BBC application team.

Drive customer projects from concept to commercialization.

Develop bakery, snack bar, confectionery, filling and coating prototypes.

Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.

Lead customer presentations, workshops and technical demonstrations.

• •Drive capability building, innovation and best practices.
• •Manage project priorities, resources and timelines.

Support growth opportunities through consumer and market insights.

Build strong customer and stakeholder relationships.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• •Bachelors or Masters Degree in Food Technology, Dairy Technology or any other relevant discipline.
• •Minimum 15 - 20 years of experience in similar role within food manufacturing, food ingredients, or flavor industry.
• •Atleast 3+ years of team management experience.
• •Knowledge of food safety, GMP, quality systems and regulations.

• •Good communication skills both written and verbal. English language is essential.
• •Good operation skill of Microsoft Office System and company IS system.
• •Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• •Strong knowledge of Beverage and Dairy applications, formulation, manufacturing processes, and troubleshooting.
