Team Overview

• OneTru Platform (Data Management) The team develops scalable data management and onboarding capabilities that help Users efficiently onboard, manage, and leverage data across the OneTru ecosystem.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Role Overview

As a Software Engineer, you will work closely with Engineering Managers and Product Teams to build scalable, high-performance applications that integrate seamlessly with enterprise platforms and data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• •Develop and deliver high-quality, production-ready backend services using modern software engineering practices.
• •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that address business and technical requirements.
• •Drive application scalability, reliability, and performance through innovative design and continuous improvement.
• •Apply a test-driven development approach, ensuring robust code quality, maintainability, and security.
• •Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges across the application stack.
• •Contribute to architectural decisions, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
• •Stay current with emerging technologies and bring innovative ideas that enhance product capabilities and developer productivity.

Required Knowledge And Experiences

We are looking for a Software Engineer with 5+ years of experience in building scalable, cloud-native services.

Key Requirements

• •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• •Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate , and microservices architecture .
• •Experience in application design, development, testing, debugging, and security vulnerability remediation.
• •Good understanding of Snowflake , Apache Iceberg , and modern data platforms.
• •Experience with AWS and/or GCP cloud services.
• •Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Harness) and source control tools such as Git/Gerrit .
• •Working knowledge of Spark, Python, BigQuery, SQL, and NoSQL databases is desirable.
• •Experience incorporating AI/ML or Generative AI capabilities into applications is a strong plus.
• •Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
