About the role

As a Senior DevOps Engineer at Keka, you’ll take technical ownership of our Azure-based cloud platform and raise the bar for reliability, security and delivery speed across our SaaS product. You’ll work with Engineering, QA, DB and Security teams to build a stable, automated and cost-efficient platform. In your first year, success means improving deployment speed and safety, strengthening observability and incident response, and enabling AI tooling on shared, governed infrastructure.

You’ll join the Engineering team, which owns the design, build and reliability of Keka’s products. We are going language agnostic, so the team picks the right language and stack for each problem. The team works with high ownership, clear standards and a strong bias for execution.

What you'll do

• •Own Azure infrastructure end to end, from App Services, AKS, Azure SQL and Key Vault to networking across multiple regions
• •Lead CI/CD pipelines across Azure DevOps, Jenkins and GitHub Actions to deliver faster, safer and more automated deployments
• •Partner with Engineering, QA, DB and Security teams to run Kubernetes on AKS and shape the platform roadmap
• •Improve reliability and incident response by building observability with Grafana, Prometheus and OpenTelemetry, and by owning SLOs, alerting, runbooks and on-call processes
• •Mentor and support junior and mid-level DevOps engineers, where relevant
• •Drive infrastructure as code, BCP and DR readiness, FinOps, security posture and AI infrastructure enablement across the platform

What you'll bring

• •4 to 6 years of experience in DevOps, SRE or Platform Engineering
• •Hands-on skill in Azure, Kubernetes, Docker and infrastructure as code with Terraform, Bicep or ARM templates
• •Hands-on skill in monitoring and observability, CI/CD platforms and scripting in Bash, Python, PowerShell or Go
• •A track record of leading incidents calmly and delivering lasting fixes rather than short-term patches
• •Solid grasp of networking fundamentals such as DNS, load balancing, SSL/TLS, firewalls and VPN
• •Working knowledge of AI and ML enablement, including LLM APIs and infrastructure for AI workloads
