About the Job

We are looking for a DevOps / Application Deployment Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Ansible automation, application deployment, Windows and Linux administration, and production support. The role involves deploying and troubleshooting PHP and .NET applications, automating infrastructure and application configurations, supporting business-critical migrations, and ensuring reliable application operations across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across application platforms, web servers, databases, CI/CD pipelines, networking and security.

What You'll Do

• •Develop, maintain and support Ansible roles, playbooks, inventories and automation workflows.
• •Automate application and server configuration using Ansible, YAML and Jinja2 templates.
• •Deploy, configure and troubleshoot PHP applications and REST APIs.
• •Deploy and support .NET Framework, .NET 6+ and ASP.NET Core applications/APIs.
• •Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server and enterprise Linux environments.
• •Configure and maintain web hosting environments using IIS, Apache and Nginx.
• •Manage reverse proxy configurations, application pools and TLS/SSL bindings.
• •Support application integrations with Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL.
• •Execute and support application migrations, cutovers, rollbacks and stabilization activities.
• •Develop and maintain deployment scripts using PowerShell and Bash/Shell.
• •Support CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or equivalent pipeline platforms.
• •Manage application artifacts, deployment configurations, approvals and deployment validation.
• •Monitor applications and infrastructure, analyze logs and troubleshoot production incidents.
• •Perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions for recurring issues.
• •Work closely with Infrastructure, Security, Database, Development, QA and Application Support teams.
• •Maintain deployment documentation, runbooks and knowledge-transfer materials.
• •Follow enterprise security practices including least privilege, secrets management and server hardening.

What We Seek In You

• •3+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Systems Engineering, Platform Engineering, Application Operations or Infrastructure Automation.
• •2+ years of practical experience with Ansible automation for application and server configuration.
• •Strong hands-on experience with Ansible roles, playbooks, inventories, variables, Jinja2 templates and Git.
• •Experience deploying and troubleshooting PHP 7/8 applications and REST APIs.
• •Experience with .NET Framework, .NET 6+ and ASP.NET Core applications/APIs.
• •Hands-on experience administering both Windows Server and Linux environments.
• •Strong experience with IIS, Apache HTTP Server and Nginx.
• •Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL, including connectivity, authentication and schema deployment.
• •Experience with PowerShell, Bash/Shell, YAML and JSON.
• •Hands-on experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines, preferably Azure DevOps.
• •Good understanding of DNS, firewalls, ports, proxies, load balancers and TLS/SSL certificates.
• •Experience supporting production migrations, cutover, rollback and stabilization.
• •Strong troubleshooting, incident management and root-cause analysis skills.
• •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• •Professional certifications or training in Linux, Windows Server, Azure, Ansible, DevOps or Database Administration.
• •Experience with Ansible Vault or secrets-management integrations.
• •Knowledge of idempotency, error handling and configuration management best practices.
• •Experience with application and infrastructure monitoring and log-analysis tools.
• •Knowledge of backup and restore coordination and basic database performance troubleshooting.
• •Experience with server hardening, service accounts and enterprise security practices.
• •Familiarity with load balancers, reverse proxies and enterprise networking environments.
• •Experience creating and maintaining operational runbooks and deployment documentation.
• •Exposure to enterprise-scale application migration and deployment projects.
