Senior Digital Analytics Expert

To strengthen NN International's digital analytics capabilities and ensure consistent, reliable, and privacy-compliant measurement across our digital channels, we are looking for an experienced Senior Digital Analytics Expert to join our team in Czechia.

Your impact at NN

As a Senior Digital Analytics Expert, you will provide central expertise and hands-on support to business units across NN International in digital measurement, reporting, and conversion optimization. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, development teams, and digital experts to establish consistent tracking standards, translate business needs into measurement solutions, and turn digital data into actionable insights across websites, mobile apps, and sales funnels.

Your responsibilities

• •Own and continuously improve the international measurement framework, tracking standards, naming conventions, and implementation documentation.
• •Design and configure GA4 and Google Tag Manager measurement across websites, mobile apps, lead forms, calculators, and end-to-end sales funnels.
• •Translate business needs into data-layer requirements, event specifications, dimensions, conversions, audiences, and implementation guidelines.
• •Support business units and development teams with analytics implementation, testing, quality assurance, troubleshooting, and conversion rate optimization.
• •Analyze digital performance, build dashboards, drive A/B testing and experimentation, and ensure measurement remains privacy-compliant.

Your skills and experience

• •Proven track of experience in digital analytics, web/app measurement, or a related field.
• •Advanced hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, including event-based tracking and data layers.
• •Experience with consent management, Google Consent Mode, and OneTrust or equivalent solutions.
• •Experience with digital reporting, attribution, conversion analysis, CRO and tools such as Power BI, Google Ads, Microsoft Clarity, or Optimizely; basic SQL and Python knowledge.
• •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders across multiple markets.
