The Role:

Fullscript is how thousands of healthcare providers deliver better care to their patients, and paid digital is one of our biggest growth levers. As Senior Digital Marketing Specialist , you’ll oversee paid strategy across search, social, and programmatic, manage a large budget, and have a dedicated experimentation budget to find the channels and tactics that will drive our next stage of growth. You’ll work with a high-performing agency and a small in-house team, with the autonomy to shape how Fullscript reaches new providers online.

The ideal candidate is a data-driven and strategic marketing leader who can balance hands-on campaign management with long-term strategic vision. You will shape Fullscript’s paid digital approach, mentor a growing team, and continuously evolve how Fullscript connects with healthcare providers online.
