Build executive-ready business cases and communicate AI strategy, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership.
Establish KPIs to measure AI adoption, operational improvements, and business value realization.
Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team as the AI Enterprise Transformation function grows.
