Own Kikoff's annual operating budget, quarterly plans, weekly and daily forecasts, and long-range financial model, ensuring they reflect business realities and support strategic decision-making

Prepare and present executive and board-level reporting packages, including the monthly financial package, board decks, KPI dashboards, and forward-looking commentary

Lead scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to support strategic initiatives, new product launches, and capital allocation decisions

Own the selection and development of Kikoff's planning systems and financial infrastructure, driving adoption of best-in-class tools and processes

Support fundraising, investor relations, and M&A processes as needed, including preparation of investor materials and financial due diligence

About You:

Background at a late-stage or public fintech, e-commerce, marketplace, or internet company with high transaction volumes preferred

Demonstrated track record of financial leadership at a late-stage private or newly public company strongly valued

AI-first mindset with a track record of driving cross-functional adoption of AI tools in financial analysis and planning workflows

Experience with modern planning systems: Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, or comparable tools; ability to own the roadmap and optimization of Kikoff's planning infrastructure
