Senior Director, IT Engineering & Support - 1038

We are seeking a Senior Director, IT Engineering & Support in our Broomfield, CO, Location.

The Senior Director of IT Engineering & Support will provide enterprise-wide leadership for Quantinuum’s global IT infrastructure engineering and end-user support organization. This role is accountable for the strategy, operating model, investment portfolio, service outcomes, and organizational capability supporting networks, servers, cloud and on-premises platforms, endpoints, identity services, data centers, and employee technology support.

This leader will translate business priorities into a practical multi-year technology and service roadmap, ensuring the function can scale with business growth while materially improving resilience, security, cost effectiveness, employee experience, and delivery speed. The role will shape enterprise priorities and drive cross-functional decisions where technology, risk, workforce productivity, and capital investment intersect.

The Senior Director will lead a multi-layered organization through leaders of leaders and act as an advisor to senior business and scientific leadership. This role requires broad enterprise perspective, strong financial and organizational leadership, and the ability to align diverse stakeholders around consequential, long-horizon decisions.
