  • Defining, implementing and/or maintaining R&D strategy, guidelines, systems and services for VISHAY
  • Aligning and ensuring implementation of R&D budgets, monitors R&D programs, and allocates resources.

  • Proposes institutes or universities for research cooperation, manages agreed projects and evaluate progress.
  • Allocates investments agreed for personnel, equipment, technologies or tools needed to implement in order to achieve targets.
