Job Description Summary:

What You’ll Do for Us

  • Setting and driving the Supply Chain agenda with common KBIs and structured processes connecting teams.
  • Ensuring best practice enrollment and the same level of capability/tools are used across the organization.
  • Creating and proposing manufacturing map optimizing capabilities, assessing network opportunities, and leading case preparation for investments required.
  • Leading optimization and innovation pipeline development projects ensuring the best use of R&D resources and capabilities.
  • Proposing on long-term manufacturing capabilities required and identifying right partners connecting with the System.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 7+ years of Supply Chain experience with depth in one area of Supply Chain and breadth across multiple supply chain experience.
  • Experience with Supply Chain projects and initiatives concrete implementations. Franchise and Operational Leadership experience preferred.
  • Profound knowledge and proficiency in leading cross-functional teams.
  • A proven track record of effectively managing external suppliers.
  • Exceptional business acumen, with the capacity to develop well-reasoned, financially sound investment and project proposals.
  • A solid grasp of end-to-end system business fundamentals and growth drivers across various markets and dimensions.
  • Advanced commercial finance skills.
