Level: A Senior Manager II (M5) typically manages multiple teams led by Senior Managers and Managers. May be a Country Sub-function Head. Responsibilities typically include: •Ownership of short to mid-term (1-3 years) strategy execution and operational direction in alignment with parent/corporate organization objectives. •Decisions have a serious impact on the overall success or failure on area of accountability. •Interacts with executive leadership and others concerning matters of significance to the organization.

Nordic is looking for a senior healthcare leader with a strong clinical background who understands digital, the NHS, its pressures and what it takes to make meaningful change happen.

We’re looking for someone who can bring clinical credibility, NHS insight and strong relationships to help our clients tackle complex challenges, while playing a key role in growing Nordic’s UK healthcare business.

This is a client-facing leadership role with real commercial accountability. You’ll advise NHS leaders and help Nordic win and grow the work that follows.

This is an opportunity to use your experience in a different way. You’ll work alongside NHS clinical, digital and executive leaders, helping them navigate transformation, identify opportunities for improvement and connect their challenges with the right people, ideas and expertise.

• •Bring together Nordic’s clinical, digital, EPR and transformation expertise to deliver greater value for clients.
• •Act as a visible ambassador for Nordic within the UK healthcare community.
• •Help shape where Nordic goes next in the UK.

What you’ll bring

You don’t necessarily need to come from a traditional consulting background.
