Requirements

• •15+ years of experience in the Life Sciences industry and/or Life Sciences consulting with focus in domain scope
• •Proven track record in shaping and supporting large, complex, multi-year transformation deals
• •Strong Life Sciences domain credibility with senior business and IT stakeholders
• •Experience translating business strategy into compelling solution visions and architectures
• •Deep expertise in AI and Agentic AI application in domain scope
• •Ability to engage credibly at C-suite and senior executive level
• •Strong understanding of regulated environments and compliance expectations
• •Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
• •Ability to operate in ambiguous situations and shape solutions where no blueprint exists
