What You Will Be Doing
EMA is looking for an Electrical Engineer with an Arizona PE license (or ability to obtain) who has experience in the water and wastewater industry to provide technical leadership and project management for consulting and engineering services. This role combines hands-on electrical and controls design with team leadership, client engagement, and project delivery responsibilities. The successful candidate will lead project teams, develop scopes of work and cost estimates, mentor junior staff, and serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients.

Ideally, your background includes electrical design for water and wastewater facilities, power distribution and motor control centers, standby power systems, and instrumentation & controls including PLCs, SCADA integration, and process coordination, all grounded in real-world collaboration with operators and contractors to ensure designs are practical to construct, operate, and maintain.
