Ace Electric is hiring Project Managers to lead large-scale electrical construction projects across the U.S. , with a primary focus on data center construction and other hyperscale mission-critical projects .

This role is based out of our Kennesaw, Georgia division, with flexibility to:

Work from Jackson with routine travel to active projects , or

Be embedded on-site as a Project Manager

What You’ll Own

Full lifecycle management of multi-million-dollar electrical projects

Project financials: forecasting, cost control, and profitability

Coordination with Superintendents to drive schedule, productivity, and execution

Subcontractor/vendor management and contract negotiation

Ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards

Identifying opportunities for prefabrication and operational efficiency

Building strong client and internal relationships

Developing and mentoring field and project teams

What You Bring

7+ years of construction leadership experience (electrical preferred)

Experience in commercial, industrial, or mission-critical projects

Strong financial and operational ownership mindset

Ability to lead in fast-paced, high-demand environments

Proficiency in Bluebeam, Accubid, Spectrum, Excel, or similar tools

Working knowledge of NEC and electrical systems

Compensation & Incentives
