Influence decision making and drive alignment across multiple teams without direct reporting authority.

Assess technical readiness for marketing campaigns, including data availability, audience logic, measurement, and governance.

Identify potential execution challenges and recommend solutions to improve operational effectiveness.

Develop technical documentation, implementation guidelines, playbooks, and stakeholder communications.

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in email marketing technology, marketing operations, lifecycle marketing, CRM, or related technical marketing disciplines. Exceptional candidates with slightly less experience may be considered.

Demonstrated expertise in email deliverability, including sender reputation, authentication, suppression strategies, and inbox placement.

Experience supporting technical implementation and operational execution of large scale email marketing programs.

Ability to translate marketing objectives into technical requirements involving audiences, data inputs, measurement, and governance.

Strong analytical and problem solving abilities, including experience partnering with analytics and engineering teams.

Demonstrated success collaborating across complex, matrixed organizations and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop technical documentation and drive stakeholder alignment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting content strategy or email marketing programs at scale.

Broader experience in email marketing strategy and lifecycle campaign planning.

Experience coordinating projects, managing implementation timelines, and driving operational readiness.

Background supporting consumer technology, digital platforms, or other large scale marketing environments.
