The Opportunity

We are currently on the lookout for Senior Engineers - DevOps to join our team.

Responsibilities

Provision and manage cloud infrastructure across compute, networking, storage, and identity services.

Develop and maintain infrastructure as code to ensure consistent configurations across environments.

Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot containerised applications and orchestration platforms.

Implement monitoring, logging, and observability capabilities to identify performance and availability issues.

Develop scripts to automate infrastructure tasks, operational workflows, and remediation.

Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support reliable application and infrastructure deployments.

Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and improve system reliability and performance.

Evaluate tools and platforms through proofs of concept and document findings, recommendations, and implementation guidance.

Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures.

Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in cloud engineering, platform engineering, infrastructure engineering, DevOps, SRE, or a related field.

Hands-on experience provisioning and managing infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.

Experience with containerisation and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.

Familiarity with AI tools and AI-assisted engineering practices to improve productivity, automate workflows, troubleshoot technical issues, and support infrastructure and platform engineering tasks.

Experience implementing or operating monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK/OpenSearch, or OpenTelemetry.

Proficiency in at least one scripting language: Python, Go, or Bash.

Working knowledge of CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, or Jenkins.

Familiarity with Linux administration and troubleshooting.

Ability to work independently while collaborating on technical design and planning.

Clear communication skills, including documenting technical findings, trade-offs, and recommendations.
