Due to our continuing expansion we currently have an opportunity for a Senior Highways Engineer on multi-disciplinary offshore executed projects from Bangalore office.

Working in a multidisciplinary team of designers and engineers providing a professional design service to our clients, this is an ideal opportunity for individuals looking to develop their international experience with a world renowned consultant.

Your Role

• •Qualified Degree in Civil Engineering from a reputed College.
• •Have relevant experience in the region of around 8 to 12 years in consultancy business working on highways and related features.
• •Experienced user of Civil3D/ Open Roads, MX design, AutoCAD.
• •Knowledge in highways design codes and standards. (KSA/Qatar/UAE/DMRB/AASHTHO).
• •Experience implementing quality standards and procedures.
• •A very good knowledge of working in all applications of MS Office.
• •Good verbal and written communication skills.
• •Evidence of having successfully delivered highway projects.

About You

Qualifications & Skills

• •Holds a Masters Degree in a relevant discipline.
• •Expert in the use of Civil3D ,Open Roads road design software and AutoCAD.
• •Experience of using AutoDesk Civils 3D for the design of highway schemes.
• •Experience of the design of grade separated junctions.
• •Experience of the design of pipe drainage networks.
• •Working knowledge of KSA/Qatar/UAE/DMRB/AASHTHO.
• •project based supervision of designers and drafting staff.
• •maintaining technical quality standards and mentoring junior designers.
• •delivering projects to time and budget.
• •liaising with UK based customers in a responsive and client focused manner.
• •Be highly self-motivated and ambitious.
• •Have a track record of technical achievement and client satisfaction within the highways and bridges industry.
• •Be able to work with minimal supervision.
• •Have the ability to adapt to different cultures and working environments to build rapport with customers.
• •Be able to build excellent working relationships with colleagues and clients.
• •Have the experience of using written and spoken English within a business environment.
• •The position is to be based in Bangalore .
