Job Description

1. Work on selected embedded hardware & Electronics projects as a member of R&D team.

2. Work primarily on High Voltage , mixed signal circuits ,AC-DC & DC-DC switch mode power supplies, relay circuits, embedded systems, microcontroller based controls for motor protection applications.

3. PCB Layout Experience on Cadence Allegro PCB Editor, Altium Software & CADSTAR Tools, 2-layer to 6-layer boards design.

4. EMI/EMC layout routing experience and Highspeed signal routing experience.

5. Experience with analog and high-speed digital layout.

6. E-CAD and M-CAD collaboration experience is a plus.

7. DFM, DFT experience is a must

Required Education, Experience, & Skills:

1. BS/MS degree in Electrical Engineering with PCB CAD design and 8-10 years of relevant experience.

2. Expert in using Cadence (HDL & CIS) and Altium PCB Suite Tools

3. Experience in creating foot-prints and component library management in Cadence.

4. Good in drafting and communicating layout/gerbers packages to PCB fabricators and should be able to present it to global team members.

5. Quick in troubleshooting and working with mechanical design and cross functional teams.

6. Follow IPC, UL/IEC, VDE design standards. Knowledge of soldering techniques.

7. New Product Development process knowledge is a plus.

8. Basic understanding of vibration, thermal & environmental test scenarios and best practices.
