Job Description – Senior Engineer – RMC

Company: SJ Contracts Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Nande & Magarpatta, Pune

Experience: Minimum 6 Years

Job Summary

Responsible for RMC plant quality control, laboratory activities, concrete mix trials, troubleshooting of concrete-related issues, site coordination, quality documentation, and QA/QC implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor RMC plant quality control and laboratory activities.
  • Conduct concrete mix trials and testing.
  • Troubleshoot concrete quality and technical issues.
  • Coordinate with project sites, production, and QA/QC teams.
  • Monitor raw material and concrete quality.
  • Maintain quality records, test reports, and documentation.
  • Ensure implementation of QA/QC procedures and quality standards .

Candidate Profile

  • B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant RMC/concrete experience.
  • Strong knowledge of concrete technology, mix design, testing, and RMC operations.
  • Good troubleshooting, coordination, and communication skills.
