The opportunity at Beam

We’re looking for Senior Engineering Managers to drive forward our growing department. As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will be a full-time manager of 6-10 engineers across a portfolio of initiatives and products. You will have autonomy within this domain to organise and staff the work across its various needs. We operate with small, AI-powered engineering teams that often deliver large pieces of work in groups of just two.

Proven experience building high-performing teams

At least 3 years of team and line management experience

A product mindset, passionate about building the right thing

Genuine excitement about the power of AI and how it will shape our profession

• Compensation :
• £140,000 - £170,000 base salary depending on experience and performance during interviews + equity and amazing benefits (see our careers page)
