Sie möchten ein Engineering-Team im Bereich Verifikation und Validierung führen und die Absicherung komplexer Hard- und Softwaresysteme verantworten? In dieser Position entwickeln Sie Teststrategien weiter, koordinieren Validierungsaktivitäten und sorgen dafür, dass Anforderungen zuverlässig nachgewiesen werden.

Als Senior Engineering Manager (m/w/d) - Verification & Validation übernehmen Sie bei uns folgende Aufgaben:

  • Sie führen und entwickeln ein Team im Bereich Verifizierung und Validierung fachlich sowie organisatorisch weiter.
  • Sie verantworten die Planung und Umsetzung von Verifikations- und Validierungsstrategien für komplexe Hard- und Softwaresysteme.
  • Sie begleiten Integrations-, System-, Regression- und Abnahmetests und stellen die Nachverfolgbarkeit von Anforderungen sicher.
  • Sie treiben die Weiterentwicklung von Testprozessen, Testautomatisierung und Validierungsumgebungen voran.
  • Sie arbeiten eng mit Software-, Hardware- und Systementwicklung zusammen und unterstützen bei komplexen Entwicklungsprojekten.

Ihre Qualifikationen:

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Führung von Engineering- oder Testteams
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Verifikation und Validierung komplexer Hard- und Softwaresysteme
  • Kenntnisse in Testautomatisierung, CI/CD-Prozessen sowie modernen Testmethoden
  • Erfahrung mit HiL-Plattformen, Simulationsumgebungen oder Systemtests ist von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse relevanter Sicherheits- und Zertifizierungsstandards sind wünschenswert
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationsgeschick und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse, Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
