As Senior Enterprise Sales Executive , you will be r esponsible for driving enterprise-level business development and revenue growth across large organizations and strategic accounts. This role is highly consultative, centering on building relationships with C-level executives, designing solutions tailored to client needs, and owning the complex, full-cycle sales process in Hong Kong .

The role

This is a full-cycle role covering both account management and new-logo hunting in Hong Kong. The person will own renewals, upsell and cross-sell across a live installed base of banks and brokers, and will also open new institutions. It is a hybrid farmer–hunter role, not a pure renewals position.

What the book looks like:

Installed base: Hong Kong banks and Chinese-bank and broker subsidiaries using Numerix Oneview, NxCore and CrossAsset for valuation, trading, market risk and xVA. This includes a multi-year xVA renewal in the seven-figure (ARR) USD range.

Live expansion pipeline: Oneview upsells at Chinese-bank and broker accounts, an ALM upsell at a Big 4 firm, an NxCore Workspace cross-sell, and a performance-as-a-service opportunity. Typical deal sizes are about USD 100–500K.

New-logo targets:

HK subsidiaries of Chinese securities firms, driven by structured products growth market making

Private banking and wealth management.

Top-10 global banks in HK, through the SFC Type 11 (OTC derivatives) campaign.

What you'll Do:

Territory & Account Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategy to drive annual sales and revenue targets for a defined territory by landing new name logos as well as upselling / cross selling to a set of named existing accounts in Hong Kong.

Prospecting & Lead Generation: Proactively identify, qualify, and engage new enterprise clients through outreach, networking, and targeted initiatives and accurately maintain sales forecasts in Salesforce

Client Retention & Growth: Cultivate relationships with quant-focused clients, as well as C-level executives and senior stakeholders , acting as a trusted advisor to facilitate account retention, renewals and expansion. Leverage your knowledge and skill set to build and maintain credibility with clients, identify gaps, and recommend solutions; and deliver revenue-generating and adoption/usage goals

Market Insight: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor offerings, and evolving client needs to adapt sales approaches and maximize value

What We're Looking For:

7+ years of enterprise software or data sales into HK capital markets, sell-side and/or private banking.

A track record of closing six-figure USD ARR deals with long, multi-stakeholder cycles (front office, risk, finance, IT, procurement).

Existing relationships at Chinese banks and brokers in HK (e.g., BOC/BOCI, CICC, GTJA, CITIC Securities International, China Merchants Securities).

Fluent Mandarin and Cantonese, plus business English.

Experience protecting and growing renewals, including handling right-sizing and licence-reduction conversations.

HK-based, with the right to work in HK.

Strongly preferred

Has sold pricing, risk or valuation analytics: derivatives, structured products, xVA, IPV, market risk, ALM.

Experience at a comparable vendor, for example Bloomberg, LSEG/Refinitiv, Murex, FIS, ICE, S&P, MSCI, Calypso/Adenza, Finastra, or Moody's Analytics.

Familiar with HK regulatory drivers such as SFC Type 11, SIMM/UMR, FRTB and HKMA requirements.

Comfortable with consultative, pain-led selling (Venator/MEDDPICC-style qualification) and with Salesforce discipline.
