Key Responsibilities:

• •Lead ERP Development – Improve and customize our ERP system for scalability.
• •Mentor and Guide Teams – Provide technical support and leadership to the development team.
• •Ensure Quality and Agile Delivery – Manage implementation using SCRUM/Kanban frameworks.
• •Collaborate Across Teams – Work closely with IT leadership and ERP specialists.
• •Drive Innovation – Implement modern engineering practices like CI/CD, automated testing, and version control .

Professional Requirements:

• •Proven leadership in ERP/CRM development , especially with Microsoft D365 F&O .
• •Strong technical expertise in X++, .NET, Power Platform , and software development best practices.
• •Ability to collaborate across teams, lead projects, and ensure continuous improvement.
• •Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• •You are passionate about driving innovation and improving ERP systems.
• •Fluent English (German is a plus).
