Amazon & MGM Studios are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Senior Executive Assistant to support the Head of Film. The individual in this role will be detail orientated, have solid organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple requests across global teams. The ideal candidate will have industry EA experience, understand business priorities, demonstrate the ability to anticipate needs and manage scheduling very complex calendar.
The successful candidate will possess the ability to complete complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without having to know the whole picture. We are looking for someone motivated, with a proven history of high performance and the ability to operate under pressure. The ideal candidate is confident, enthusiastic, resourceful and a creative problem solver. This person will have a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with senior executives.
As a community, the EAs work together to deliver large scale events and to share workload when priorities demand additional support - commitment to teamwork is essential.

- Key job responsibilities
- Developing day-to-day schedule and prioritization of activities, proactively identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts
- Phone calls and messaging
- Help plan domestic & international travel itineraries and process expenses
- Event organization and group communications
- Administrative support functions, including organizing documents, meeting preparation, supply ordering, purchase orders
- Track and drive to completion key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items
- Meeting and greeting internal and external guests
- Preferred qualifications
- Entertainment industry experience
- Attention to detail
- Manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
- Motivation and ability to take initiative with little direction
- Ability to maintain composure and task switch efficiently in a rapidly changing environment
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, team orientated philosophy and problem-solving skills
- High levels of integrity and discretion
- Ability to communicate in an effective and friendly manner with a variety of groups such as senior management, peers and outside vendors
Basic qualifications
- - 5+ years of executive assistant experience
- - Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications
- - Experience with executive level calendar management
- - Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
- - Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Preferred qualifications
- - Experience leading process improvements
- - Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
- - Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D insurance and option for Supplemental life plans, EAP, Mental Health Support, Medical Advice Line, Flexible Spending Accounts, Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement coverage), 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
