Senior Executive /Asst Manager ADL/AC

Role & responsibilities

• •Develop and validate analytical methods using instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV, IR, KF, and Wet Chemistry .
• •Perform method transfer to QC and production units.
• •Conduct routine and non-routine analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
• •Prepare and review analytical documents including STPs, Specifications, COAs, and Validation Protocols/Reports .
• •Handle OOS (Out of Specification), OOT (Out of Trend), and deviation investigations .
• •Support R&D for process development and scale-up activities.
• •Ensure compliance with GLP, ISO, and safety guidelines .
• •Calibration and maintenance of analytical instruments.
• •Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as QA, Production, and Regulatory.
• •Maintain proper documentation and data integrity as per company standards.

Preferred candidate profile

Educational Qualification:

M.Sc. (Chemistry) / B.Tech / M.Tech (Chemical) or equivalent

Experience:

812 years of experience in Analytical Development in Chemical / Pharma / Specialty Chemical Industry .

Required Skills:

• •Strong knowledge of analytical techniques ( HPLC, GC, UV, IR )
• •Experience in method development and validation
• •Good understanding of documentation and regulatory requirements
• •Problem-solving and analytical skills
• •Good communication and teamwork abilities
