Senior Executive - Audit

Job Purpose:

Able to do stock Audit lying at different locations across India. And verifications of financial & Account receivable transactions. Able to Check Government project process and able to communicate with external officials

Key Responsibilities:

• •Process audit of Government project supply according to the Tender conditions.
• •Review of Sales order whether align with the correct tender/Work order/LOA
• •Addressing the gaps and delays for execution of work orders.
• •Analysis of pending installation sites and action thereon.
• •Review of customer outstanding.
• •Throughout checking of account receivables.
• •Visiting the government offices for addressing the issues.
• •Checking of documents submitted to government officials for completeness and correctness.
• •Conducting stock audit of Warehouses at various locations across India.
• •Review and follow ups for Expired BG, EMD and maintaining records for the same.
• •Able to communicate the audit requirements with process owners.
• •Able to do data analytics

• •A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data/information
• •Ability to stick to time constraints
