Job Description:

Education Programme Management

  • Plan, coordinate and implement education-focused programmes and projects aligned with the Foundation's strategic priorities, including scholarship, digital literacy, STEM, TVET, lifelong learning, educational assistance and research grant initiatives.
  • Conduct needs assessments and identify opportunities to develop new educational programmes that address emerging community and workforce development needs.
  • Monitor programme implementation, evaluate outcomes and recommend improvements to enhance programme effectiveness and beneficiary impact.

Scholarship & Bursary Management

  • Manage the end-to-end administration of scholarship and bursary programmes, including application management, evaluation, selection, offer administration, onboarding, renewals, deferments, academic monitoring, suspension, graduation and alumni engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases of scholars, monitor academic performance and ensure compliance with scholarship terms and programme requirements.
  • Coordinate scholar engagements, development activities and alumni-related initiatives to strengthen long-term beneficiary relationships.
  • Coordinate the administration of education and research grants, including proposal solicitation, assessment, award management, milestone monitoring and reporting.

Stakeholder & Partnership Management

  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with universities, schools, TVET institutions, government agencies, NGOs, industry partners and community organisations to support programme implementation and collaboration.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of programme objectives, governance requirements and communication efforts.
  • Support the management of external service providers, programme partners and consultants where applicable.

Monitoring, Reporting & Governance

  • Develop programme KPIs and monitor performance against established targets and outcomes.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, programme updates, impact assessments and management papers for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the collection, verification and reporting of programme data for sustainability, ESG and corporate responsibility disclosures.
  • Ensure compliance with Foundation policies, governance requirements, scholarship guidelines and approved operational procedures.

Financial & Administrative Management

  • Monitor programme expenditure and budget utilisation to ensure implementation within approved allocations.
  • Maintain proper programme documentation, records, agreements and audit trails.

Support procurement, vendor management and administrative requirements associated with programme delivery.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's Degree in Education, Social Sciences, Public Administration, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Sociology, Psychology, Community Development or other related disciplines.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant working experience in education programme management, scholarship administration, CSR, philanthropy, foundation management or community investment.
  • Demonstrated experience managing managing scholarship, education or youth development programmes.
  • Experience coordinating multiple programmes and managing detailed tracking systems.
  • Experience working with educational institutions, government agencies, non-profit organisations or community-based organisation is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of programme governance, impact measurement and budget monitoring.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and quickly adapt to evolving programme requirements.
