- Die Einführung unseres neuen Learning Management Systems steuerst du end-to-end und verbindest dabei fachliche und technische Workstreams
- Internationale Projekte strukturierst und steuerst du mit Blick auf Meilensteine, Abhängigkeiten und eine konsequente Umsetzung
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Implementierungspartner sorgst du für eine erfolgreiche gruppenweite Einführung
- Gemeinsam mit HR, IT und dem Business entwickelst du unsere Talent & Capability Agenda kontinuierlich weiter
- Unterschiedliche Stakeholder bringst du zusammen und schaffst Transparenz über Fortschritte, Risiken und nächste Schritte
Das bringst du mit
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in den Bereichen HR-Transformation, Talent Management, Organisationsentwicklung oder Management Consulting
- Fundierte Erfahrung in der Steuerung komplexer und internationaler Projekte
- Eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit, unterschiedliche Interessen erfolgreich zusammenzubringen
- Sicherheit im Umgang mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern und die Kompetenz, Projekte zielgerichtet voranzutreiben
- Know-how in Job Architecture, Skills & Capabilities, Learning, Talent Management oder HR-Technologie ist von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
