  • Aufgaben:
  • Betreuung und Durchführung von Upstream-Prozessen im Bereich Zellkultur
  • Steuerung, Überwachung und Optimierung von Zellkulturprozessen an Edelstahl-Bioreaktorsystemen und zugehörigen Prozessanlagen
  • Analyse und Bearbeitung von Prozessabweichungen sowie Unterstützung bei Change-Prozessen
  • Sicherstellung der Prozessstabilität unter Berücksichtigung kritischer Prozessparameter
  • Durchführung und Nachverfolgung von Kalibrierungen relevanter Prozesssensoren
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Prozessentwicklung und Qualität zur kontinuierlichen Prozessverbesserung
  • Profil:
  • Studium im Bereich Biotechnologie, Bioprozesstechnik, Life Sciences oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Zellkultur und Upstream Processing sowie biotechnologischer Produktionsprozesse und deren operative Umsetzung
  • Kenntnisse in Sensorik, Mess- und Regeltechnik sowie Kalibrierungsprozessen
  • Fähigkeit zur fachlichen Bewertung von Prozessänderungen und deren Auswirkungen auf Zellkulturprozesse
  • gute Deutschkenntnisse
