Your role and responsibilities

in this role, you will lead and supervise a team of Service Engineers and Technicians while driving the successful execution of service projects and field activities. You will ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-effective service delivery, support customer satisfaction, and contribute to business growth through operational excellence and strong customer engagement

The work model for the role is: Onsite

This role is contributing to the AUEN in Egypt.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• •Leading and coordinate field service, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and repair activities for power and automation systems.
• •Monitoring project execution to ensure compliance with schedule, quality, cost, margin, and customer satisfaction targets.
• •Planning and allocate resources effectively based on workload, competencies, and customer requirements.
• •Building and maintaining strong customer relationships while supporting sales and business growth initiatives.
• •Driving continuous improvement initiatives and promote operational excellence using digital tools and best practices.
• •Ensuring strict compliance with health, safety, environmental, and integrity standards across all service activities.
• •Supporting the development, certification, and technical competency of service team members.

Qualifications for the role

• •Ability to demonstrate your experience in ABB Medium Voltage and Low Voltage Switchgear, Protection Relays, CTs, VTs, Circuit Breakers, Distance Protection, Line Differential Protection, and Power Plant applications.
• •You are passionate about leadership, planning, problem-solving, and customer-facing skills.
• •Degree in electrical engineering or Automation & Control Engineering.
• •Proven experience of 8-10 years in Power Systems, Protection Systems, Testing, and Commissioning.
• •You are at ease communicating in English and Arabic.

Willingness to travel across Egypt and Africa to support customer projects and service activities.
