Up to 90% domestic travel to client or project sites

What you'll bring:

7+ years of advanced technical field experience with high-powered equipment, preferably with utility-scale energy storage systems.

Advanced capability to interpret and execute complex electrical schematics, engineering drawings, and wiring diagrams.

Uncompromising safety mindset with extensive experience in risk assessment and operating within heavy construction environments.

Comfort with frequent and long-term wear of heavy PPE (CAT 2 or CAT 4, steel-toed boots, face shields, chemical suits, etc.)

Ability to maintain detailed technical documentation and asset management using modern collaborative platforms (Jira, Confluence, Slack).
