  • Unser Mandant ist eine familiengeführte Unternehmensgruppe mit Schwerpunkt auf Maschinenbau, Hochdrucktechnologie und innovativen Wasserstofflösungen. Darüber hinaus ist das Unternehmen im Bereich Bergbau- und Rohstoffaufbereitungstechnik tätig und international aufgestellt.
  • Für den Standort Velbert suchen wir, in direkter Festeinstellung:

Senior Finance & Accounting Specialist (m/w/d)

### Deine Aufgaben

  • Eigenständige Führung der Finanzbuchhaltung für die Holding und kleinere Tochtergesellschaften
  • Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB sowie Budget-, Forecast- und Liquiditätsplanungen
  • Betreuung der Buchhaltungssysteme DATEV, ELO, Pleo und Navan als Key-User
  • Optimierung und Automatisierung von Finanzprozessen
  • Mitarbeit bei Konzernabschlüssen, Konsolidierung und Konzernreporting mit LucaNet
  • Unterstützung bei Digitalisierungsprojekten und steuerlichen Fragestellungen

### Das bringst du mit

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung oder im Steuerbüro
  • Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter, betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare Praxiserfahrung
  • Sehr gute DATEV- und Excel-Kenntnisse sowie hohe Softwareaffinität
  • Analytische, strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und solide Englischkenntnisse
  • LucaNet-Kenntnisse und Branchenerfahrung von Vorteil

  • 2–3 Tage Homeoffice pro Woche und flexible Arbeitsgestaltung
