Aufgaben:

  • Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach IFRS, HGB und Steuerrecht mit Schwerpunkt Anlagevermögen
  • Durchführung des Reportings sowie Sicherstellung termingerechter Abschlussprozesse
  • Überwachung der laufenden Buchhaltung inklusive Kontenabstimmung sowie Analyse bilanzieller Sachverhalte
  • Mitwirkung bei Steuererklärungen und enge Zusammenarbeit mit Wirtschaftsprüfern
  • Übernahme von buchhalterischen Teilprojekten im Rahmen von Investitionsvorhaben
  • Optimierung bestehender Buchhaltungsprozesse sowie Beratung interner und externer Ansprechpartner

Profil:

  • Industriekaufmann, Kaufmann für Büromanagement oder vergleichbar, ergänzt durch den Bilanzbuchhalter (IHK) oder ein Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen
  • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Rechnungswesen und in der Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Kenntnisse in IFRS sowie idealerweise HGB
  • Anwendungssicherheit in SAP FI sowie MS Office, insbesondere Excel
  • ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Teamfähigkeit und hohe Eigeninitiative
  • sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
