(Senior) Financial Controller (m/w/d)

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Steuerung des Budgetierungs- und Planungsprozesses
  • Erstellung von Reports, Analysen und Ad-hoc-Auswertungen
  • Analyse von Soll-Ist-Abweichungen und Ableitung von Maßnahmen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Einführung eines neuen ERP- und Reporting-Systems (Workday)
  • Unterstützung im HR Controlling (Staff Reports, KPIs)
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Management, Accounting und Fachbereichen
  • Ihre Qualifikationen:
  • Studium im Bereich Finance / Controlling / Accounting oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Controlling , idealerweise mit Accounting-Bezug
  • Kenntnisse in HGB
  • Strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Business Partnering Mentalität
  • Hybrid Work & flexible Arbeitszeiten
