Meine Aufgaben:

  • Eigenständige Bearbeitung der Anlagen-, Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung inklusive Rechnungsprüfung
  • Buchen von Eingangs- und Ausgangsrechnungen, Zahlungseingängen und -ausgängen sowie Klärung offener Posten
  • Mitwirkung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Unterstützung bei der Digitalisierung und Optimierung sowie Weiterentwicklung bestehender Buchhaltungsprozesse

Meine Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum Finanzbuchhalter, Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse im Umgang mit DATEV und SAP
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Eine sorgfältige, strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und ein ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team
