As a Senior Consultant , you will take a leading role in helping clients solve complex business problems, build and implement practical AI-enabled solutions, and drive the broader transformation required to make those solutions successful.

You will work directly with senior client stakeholders, lead project teams and workstreams, and move engagements from problem definition through analysis, solution design, testing, implementation and adoption .

This is not a role where the work stops at strategy or recommendations. We are looking for someone who can combine strong consulting capability, a builder mindset, business judgement and client leadership .

You will also play an active role in growing ADAPTOVATE by building trusted client relationships, identifying opportunities within existing accounts, supporting proposals and pitches, and helping shape new work.
