We work with clients around the world to solve complex business challenges and deliver meaningful transformation, increasingly using AI and emerging technologies to create practical business value.

As a Senior Consultant , you will play a key role in helping clients solve complex business problems, develop and implement practical AI-enabled solutions, and drive the transformation required to make those solutions successful.

You will work directly with senior client stakeholders, lead project workstreams and teams, and help move engagements from problem definition through analysis, solution design, testing, implementation and adoption .

This is not a role where the work stops at strategy or recommendations. We are looking for someone who combines strong consulting capability, a builder mindset, business judgement and client leadership .

You will also contribute to growing ADAPTOVATE by building trusted client relationships, identifying opportunities within existing accounts, and supporting proposals, pitches and new business opportunities.
