• As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will play a key role in driving financial planning, performance analysis, and strategic decision-making within a growing organization.
• You will take ownership of budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis, helping leadership understand business performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Working closely with operational leaders and senior management, you will translate complex financial data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• You will leverage Workday Adaptive Planning, advanced Excel, and business intelligence tools to improve reporting accuracy, streamline processes, and strengthen financial visibility.
