About the Role

We're looking for an exceptional Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to help us understand performance, plan for the future, and make better business decisions. Reporting to our CFO, you'll own core planning and forecasting, turn data into clear insights and recommendations, and work directly with leaders and teams across the business to improve decisions and execution.

Our business model uniquely combines SaaS and prepaid customer wallets with a global gift marketplace, branded merchandise, and international fulfillment. That creates complex planning and analysis across recurring and transactional revenue, margins, cash and wallet dynamics, and multiple entities and currencies.

Your impact will extend well beyond building models and reporting numbers. You'll bring ideas and perspective, challenge assumptions, solve problems, and help turn analysis into action. You'll be equally adept at getting into the details and stepping back to understand what the numbers mean for the business.

You'll work across NetSuite, Salesforce, DealHub, and our reporting tools, with a strong focus on automation and AI, helping build an FP&A function that is insightful, efficient, and closely connected to the business.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain the consolidated operating model and rolling P&L and cash forecasts across entities and revenue streams, including customer wallet balances.

Own the annual budget and quarterly forecasting process, with clear analysis of performance, variances, risks, and opportunities.

Work directly with leaders and budget holders across the business to understand performance, challenge assumptions, solve problems, and drive work through completion.

Prepare monthly management reporting and board and investor materials, turning financial and operational data into clear insights and recommendations.

Analyze unit economics and margin by revenue stream to support pricing, deal, investment, and other commercial decisions.

Define and maintain consistent definitions for key business metrics, including ARR, retention, and margin by revenue stream, ensuring they reconcile to reported financials each month.

Calculate sales commissions and support the design and review of commission plans.

Provide transaction analysis to support tax decisions, including VAT registrations and disclosures, and US sales tax thresholds.

Maintain accurate dashboards and self-service performance reporting for budget holders and leadership, partnering with our business systems team on data and integrations.

Improve and automate forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis, using AI and other tools to increase the speed and quality of our work.

About You

Typically 2–5 years of relevant experience with increasing responsibility in FP&A, corporate finance, audit, transaction services, or another highly analytical finance role.

Excellent financial modeling skills, including driver-based forecasting and experience building or working with integrated financial models.

Strong business judgment and curiosity, with the ability to move from analysis to clear implications, recommendations, and action.

Proven ability to take ownership, work effectively across teams, build credibility with non-finance colleagues, and drive work through completion.

Strong accounting foundation and the ability to connect operational metrics, forecasts, and financial results back to the general ledger.

Skilled at working with data across multiple systems; ERP and CRM experience is valuable, with NetSuite and Salesforce preferred.

Demonstrated fluency with AI and automation tools, with a track record of applying them to improve the speed and quality of Finance work.

Clear, concise communicator who can explain complex analysis to non-finance audiences and produce high-quality materials for senior leaders and the board.

Proactive, highly organized, and effective in a fast-moving international business where priorities can evolve quickly.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with SaaS metrics such as ARR, retention, and cohort analysis.

Experience with marketplace, physical goods, prepaid, or payments business models.

Experience with multi-entity or multi-currency planning across the US, UK, or Europe.

Experience with SQL, Power BI, Looker, or similar data and reporting tools.

Exposure to sales commissions, indirect tax, or other transaction-level financial analysis.

A CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent accounting qualification is a plus.

The Benefits

Competitive salary with generous stock options

401(k) with employer match

Medical, dental & vision insurance, including mental health support and fast access to care

Flexible PTO that increases the longer you’re with us, plus extra flexibility for life’s unexpected moments

A genuinely collaborative culture with innovative, fun, and ambitious people
