For our Central FP&A Team in Bulgaria, part of our Financial Planning & Analysis department , we are currently hiring:

Senior FP&A Coordinator (Centralized Services)

On this role you will be primarily engaged across centralized end-to-end processes with focus on quality, consistency and control point across data entries and systems. Additionally, by leveraging Microsoft tools such as Excel, SharePoint and others , our team focuses on efficiency and optimization where possible.

Responsibilities:

Oracle ERP set-up and maintenance of the PPM (Project Portfolio Management) module;

Collect, review and upload project data in Oracle, implement various updates to the data in the course of a study , and review internal processes for improvement opportunities.

CA Clarity™ PPM (Project and Portfolio Management) System set up and maintenance activities;

Financial Unit Grid building, consolidation and loading into Clarity system;

Data integrity activities across various systems;

Preparation of various reporting across different segments of the business (Consolidated, Sponsor, Region and Therapeutic area);

Your Profile:

University degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics/Information Technology or related;

2+ years in a finance role preferably in a multinational environment;

Fluency in English (written and spoken);

Excel literacy;

Detailed-oriented personality with analytical thinking and problem-solving attitude;

Handle multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high quality of work;

Service-minded attitude and ability to adapt to changes;

Eagerness to work in a global team supporting various types of activities;
