Senior FP&A Manager

• We’re hiring a Senior FP&A Manager to take operational ownership of financial planning and analysis across our corporate P&L. Reporting to the Director of FP&A, this person will own core reporting rhythms, support planning across non-revenue functions, and serve as a trusted finance partner to budget owners across the business. This is a hands-on role for someone
• who values clean data, sharp variance analysis, and practical decision support.

This role offers flexibility and can be based in Budapest with a hybrid schedule, or anywhere in EMEA with a remote setup, including occasional travel to our other offices.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Own FP&A for G&A and operating expenses, including headcount, travel and entertainment, software spend, and departmental budgets

Support R&D and product cost planning, including engineering headcount cost planning and capitalization support

Lead the monthly budget vs actuals cycle for all departments outside GTM and COGS, including variance analysis, commentary, and follow-up with budget owners

Prepare first-draft consolidated reporting and board-deck inputs using our FP&A platform

Act as the primary finance business partner for non-revenue functions, providing day-to-day support, insight, and challenge

Own core FP&A system workflows including templates, monthly refreshes, and data integrity

WHAT YOU’ll BRING:

5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a similar analytical role, ideally in SaaS or another high-growth environment

Strong understanding of monthly close, budget vs actuals, forecasting, and management reporting

Advanced financial modeling skills and comfort working in FP&A tools

Experience partnering with department heads and budget owners, with the ability to communicate clearly and credibly

Strong attention to detail and a bias toward accurate, reliable data

Familiarity with the VC-backed startup environment, including fundraising cycles, investor reporting, and the pace of scaling
