Für die Verstärkung eines agilen Produktteams innerhalb eines Agile Release Train bei einem unserer Kunden in Luzern suchen wir eine erfahrene Senior Frontend-Entwicklungspersönlichkeit. Im Fokus stehen eine starke operative Delivery, die saubere und selbstständige technische Umsetzung sowie eine verlässliche Zusammenarbeit im Team. Du konzipierst und realisierst komplexe Anforderungen eigenständig, bringst gute Engineering-Praktiken mit und treibst technische Themen konstruktiv voran.

Aufgaben

Eigenständige Konzeption und Umsetzung komplexer Frontend-Anforderungen mit Angular, TypeScript, HTML und SCSS

Entwicklung wiederverwendbarer Web Components mit hohem Anspruch an User Experience, Accessibility und Usability

Erarbeitung und Umsetzung architekturkonformer Lösungen inkl. Dokumentation

Sicherstellung der Qualität durch E2E-Tests und UI-Testing mit Storybook und Chromatic

Gezielter Einsatz von AI-basierten Coding-Assistants wie GitHub Copilot zur Steigerung von Qualität und Entwicklungsgeschwindigkeit

Proaktive Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen in Code und Prozessen

Enge, teamübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereich und Entwicklungsteam sowie Weitergabe von Wissen im Team

Fundierte praktische Erfahrung als Senior Frontend-Entwickler mit Angular, TypeScript, HTML und SCSS

Ausgeprägtes Know-how in Web Components, Accessibility und Usability sowie Begeisterung für gute User Experience

Erfahrung im DevOps- und Cloud-Umfeld

Praxis mit E2E-Tests und UI-Testing, idealerweise mit Storybook und Chromatic

Sicherer Umgang mit modernen AI-basierten Coding-Assistants (z.B. GitHub Copilot)

Fähigkeit, anspruchsvolle Architekturanforderungen souverän in hochwertigen Code zu übersetzen und komplexe technische Herausforderungen zu lösen

Erfahrung und Bereitschaft in der Backend-Entwicklung mit Java von Vorteil

Erfahrung in agilen Teams, umsetzungsorientierte Macher-Mentalität und hohes Mass an Selbstständigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

Gelassenheit unter Druck sowie Freude daran, Wissen zu teilen

Adressatengerechte Kommunikation in Deutsch auf Niveau C1

Start: Ab sofort

Dauer: bis 31.12.2026 (Option auf Verlängerung)

Pensum: 100 %

Arbeitsort: Luzern

Remote: Max. 3 Tage pro Woche (zwei Teamtage vor Ort)
