Senior Full Stack Engineer (.Net / Azure)

We're seeking a highly technical, hands-on Senior FullStack / Cloud Software Engineer to join a 5-engineer product team as an individual contributor. The role is centered on .NET application development, with strong expectations around cloud-native delivery and modern DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

Build and evolve backend services in .NET 10 for a production SaaS platform.

Design and implement cloud-native applications on Azure; containerized/Kubernetes (AKS) deployment experience is a plus.

Own end-to-end delivery in Azure DevOps — CI/CD pipelines, testing, and release management.

Build and maintain internal product tooling (PowerShell-based).

Manage infrastructure defined as code (Terraform or similar).

Drive production readiness across security, observability, reliability, and performance.

Uphold code quality and testing standards within the team.

Longer term, participate in the L3 on-call rotation: incident triage and root-cause resolution.

Contribute to front-end features (React/TypeScript) as needed, primarily backend-focused.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of software engineering experience, primarily backend development in .NET.

Scripting proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar.

Hands-on experience building and operating applications on a public cloud platform (Azure preferred), including compute, managed database, storage, and networking services.

General Infrastructure-as-Code experience.

Solid understanding of containerized applications; Kubernetes/AKS experience desired.

Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps preferred).

Strong debugging and production troubleshooting skills.

Clear communicator; self-driven with a bias toward ownership and delivering outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with React and TypeScript.

Hands-on experience with the Grafana LGTM observability stack.

Practical use of agentic AI workflows based on Anthropic Claude Code or OpenAI Codex.

Familiarity with Linux and Bash terminal.

Experience operating high-availability production SaaS environments.
