Senior Game Designer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Game Designer based in Saudi Arabia.

• This is a senior creative role focused on designing and implementing engaging content and complex gameplay systems for a successful live mobile game.
• You will shape characters, progression mechanics, events, combat systems, and other features from initial concept through final implementation.
• The role combines creative game design with rigorous analysis of player behaviour, game data, feedback, and in-game outcomes.
• You will help evolve the game economy, loops, and combat meta while creating meaningful strategic depth and healthy player engagement.
• Working closely with art, engineering, production, and other design stakeholders, you will help maintain a sustainable and high-quality content pipeline.
• The environment is highly autonomous, experimental, collaborative, and globally distributed, with a strong emphasis on impact and continuous learning.
