ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a versatile, hands-on Senior Graphic Designer to bring our NaturVet brand to life across packaging, digital advertising, eCommerce, web, social media, and retail marketing. This role is ideal for a creative problem-solver who takes ownership of projects, balances competing priorities, and enjoys working across a variety of design formats.
As part of our collaborative Marketing team, you’ll own creative projects from concept through execution, maintain brand consistency, and partner with teams across Marketing, Sales, R&D/Product Development, and Supply Chain. We’re a lean, fast-paced environment where initiative, flexibility, and the ability to work independently are essential.
This is a senior individual contributor role with no direct reports.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Brand & Campaign Design: Develop creative assets for digital advertising, social media, email, websites, presentations, and print while maintaining consistent brand standards.
- Packaging Design: Create and manage packaging artwork for our NaturVet brand products, coordinate revisions and approvals, and collaborate with internal teams and print vendors to support production.
- Digital & eCommerce: Design paid media creative, product detail page imagery, website content, promotional graphics, and other digital assets.
- Agency Creative Review: Review external agency deliverables, provide actionable feedback, and ensure creative meets brand standards and project requirements.
- Retail & Sales Marketing: Create sell sheets, in-store displays, point-of-sale materials, retailer presentations, trade show graphics, and other sales collateral.
- Brand Asset Management: Maintain organized brand guidelines, templates, packaging files, and creative libraries to support consistency and accessibility across teams.
Requirements
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Approximately 5–8 years of graphic design experience, preferably in a consumer products, retail, or creative agency environment.
- A strong portfolio showcasing versatility across packaging, digital advertising, eCommerce, web design, and retail or print materials.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
- Experience developing brand assets and working within brand guidelines or visual identity systems.
- Hands-on packaging design experience, including artwork development, revisions, and familiarity with print production workflows.
- Strong visual judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- A self-starter mindset, with the ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and communicate when support or escalation is needed.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills when working with internal stakeholders and external creative partners.
EDUCATION & PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field strongly preferred; equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
- Experience with motion graphics, video editing, 3D rendering, digital asset management, or print and color management is a plus.
- Experience working in a creative agency or lean, fast-paced team is highly valued.
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT: A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating both creative thinking and hands-on execution. The ability to walk through a packaging project from concept to final print delivery, along with examples of effective digital, eCommerce, and web creative, will be especially valuable.
If you're a well-rounded designer who enjoys variety, takes pride in the details, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment, we'd love to hear from you.
