  • Die vorliegende Stelle ist im Rahmen der Direktvermittlung / im Rahmen der Personalvermittlung zu besetzen.

Senior / Group Controller (m/w/d) in Wiesbaden

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Kostenoptimierungsstrategien gemeinsam mit Geschäftsführung und Finanzleitung
  • Analyse und Monitoring der Kosten‑ und Ergebnisstrukturen
  • Erstellung von fundierten Business Cases und Entscheidungsgrundlagen
  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von KPIs und Controlling‑Werkzeugen
  • Unterstützung bei Budgetplanung, Forecasting & Reporting für die Geschäftsführung
  • Ihre Qualifikationen:
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Finance, Controlling oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise mit strategischer Ausrichtung
  • Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten und sicherer Umgang mit ERP‑Systemen und Excel
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Deutsch fließend, Englisch von Vorteil
