SambaNova is a leader in next-generation AI infrastructure, delivering a full-stack inference platform for customers worldwide. The Talent Acquisition team works with SambaNova leadership to build the teams that take our full-stack AI platform to market, from the people who sell and market it to the people who make customers successful and shape the product roadmap.

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to partner with our go-to-market and product organizations. You'll own full lifecycle recruiting across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product, working directly with hiring managers to define roles, calibrate pipelines, and close top talent in a competitive market.

This is a 6-month contract with the option to extend or convert to a full-time position based on performance.

Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to define roles, write job descriptions, calibrate pipeline, and design interviews

Source passive talent through LinkedIn, referrals, industry events, communities, and targeted outreach across the enterprise software and AI ecosystem

Own full lifecycle recruiting for roles across Sales (AEs, SDRs, sales engineers, sales leadership), Marketing, Customer Success, and Product

Keep feedback loops tight across interviewers and stakeholders

Maintain accurate data in Greenhouse and track the metrics that matter

Required Experience

5+ years of recruiting experience focused on go-to-market and product roles, ideally in enterprise software, SaaS, or AI/infrastructure

Proven track record filling roles such as Account Executive, Product Manager, Product Marketing, and Customer Success Manager

Demonstrated success sourcing and closing passive talent

Existing network within the enterprise tech and GTM community

Ability to influence senior business leadership

Excellent creative writing skills

Strong organizational skills

AI fluency with the ability to enhance productivity and workflows

Proficiency with Greenhouse

Base Salary Range:

Base Pay Range

$170,000 — $200,000 USD
